The Iconic UKGL-410 arrived to us extremely well packaged. We had no problems getting the stand delivered to my work address. The stand was quite heavy and took two of us to load into a car. The stand really needs two people to erect it (or one strong big chap). However it was really easy to erect, it feels very sturdy and looks very black, shiny and sexy. Perfect compliment to my 52″ Bravia screen. We received really good service – recommend to anyone.
